THINGS TO DO WHEN SAD:
- Have a good cry. Believe it or not, when you've finished, it feels pretty damn good.
- Run a hot bath, and put about a million caps of scented body wash as bubble bath, it works :)
- Paint your toenails with your favourite colour, or apply a facemask if you can't be bothered.
- Raid all the coupboards and fridge for every single piece of chocolate and junkfood and EAT IT. Not until your sick, but until your satisfied.
- Watch a movie. Not a romance, a comedy. I recommend Hot Rod, it's hilarious and a little bit weird.
- Call a friend, and make plans. Invite them over for a sleepover or something, with a theme.
- Write down all your pet peeves about what you're sad about, and then chuck it into a bucket of water, and yell at it. Feels gooooooooooood.
- Just chill. Don't think about much, do whatever you want. I recommend reading Eragon. I'm reading it now and it's really good.
