Language Perfect feedback

If you get 100% on a quiz in Language Perfect, you are given a special "VIP Feedback Form" to write comments in. The Language Perfect team liked my comments so much that they responded. Here are my comments, and their responses. Some of them have humour added:

Me: I love how the "home screen" (for lack of a better word) when you choose Arabic has a picture of Sacre-Coeur, France!!
LP: This is something our development team needs to do, but at least it's a pretty picture!!

Me: When I browsed through Language Perfect's word lists to make my own list, I saw many iterations of the same character with only subtly different meanings. Perhaps these should all be combined?
LP: We keep lots of different iterations in our word database because different teachers like teaching words in different ways. Eg some teachers want le chat to be translated as the cat but most teachers are happy with cat.

Me: When browsing through the word lists to make my own for Chinese, I saw many Japanese words. This is my fault.
LP: We're doing an overhaul of our Chinese content, but this will take a while because we have so many words to sort through!

Me: The sound doesn't appear to be working when I load my Chinese word list.
LP: That'll be because new words are added every day, and we record sounds for them about once a month. You can expect there to be sounds for those words a month from now (our speaker just got back from holiday)!

Me: I think that the "spoken ___ to ___" modes should only utilise those words which have their recordings already uploaded to Language Perfect.
LP: We're working on this at the moment!

Me: The positives of being able to turn off the sound when you're looking at written words is twofold. 1) You focus on the written words, good for Chinese and Japanese. 2) You can listen to Yellow Submarine by the Beatles in the background!
LP: Agreed! Though I prefer Blackbird...

Me: The problem with having potential prizes for simply submitting feedback is that you might get people like me who submit pointless feedback like this message
LP: Which is why we check for good feedback ;)

Me: Have I really been on this website for the past two hours?!
LP: Addictive, huh?

Me: I would like to say THANK YOU (or rather, 谢谢) to my Chinese teacher for putting up with our class :)
LP: Nice one!
