well, I'm all about happiness. I'm the one who's always giggling. So I reckon I'm an expert on the subject.
Well, I say that everyone needs a bit of chaos in their lives. A time/place where they can just run around and around something random (say, your dog/bestie/evilwhiteduck), yelling at the top of your lungs. Or maybe something else. Whatever takes your fancy.
Set out to do something. Don't make plans. Be spontaneous.
